LPS Technologies Acquires Anakenesis
SAN MARCOS, Calif. — LPS Technologies, a provider of primary charge rollers, magnetic roller sleeves, cleaners and test equipment, has acquired the assets of Anakenesis Inc.
For 15 years Anakenesis has provided the cartridge remanufacturing industry with new ways of salvaging, testing, and reasembling laser printer cartridges, and invented the swab coating system in addition to the QuiCoat Express coating system.
LPS Technologies is especially impressed with Anakenesis production machine development and chemical formulating expertise.
