PrintFleet Announces Print Management Software Modules
GANANOQUE, Ontario — PrintFleet Inc. announced the addition of two new software modules for its remote print management software programs, PrintFleet Optimizer Plus and PrintFleet Enterprise.
The Cost-per-Impression Calculator and Meter Export Module are two new progressive feature releases, developed through understanding the need for “true automation” in the meter read collection process and cost-per-print program execution.
Through current remote print management programs, PrintFleet software allows dealers to collect various device and diagnostic data from hundreds of client networks. The new Meter Export Module then exports collected reads from each of the dealers’ client sites into one of several systems supporting meter read billing.
“The addition of PrintFleet’s Meter Export Module into the remote monitoring software systems takes meter read collection to an entirely new level,” said Nick Von Ahsen, director of Office Equipment Group Technology Solutions for GreatAmerica Leasing Corporation, a distribution partner for PrintFleet. “Using our branded version of the PrintFleet software, FleetView, we can now offer dealers the ability to remotely collect multiple meters from their client sites and automatically export those reads into their back-office billing system. This is a tremendous competitive advantage which removes any burden from the client and truly automates the entire meter read collection process for the reseller.”
The Cost-per-Impression Calculator allows dealers to calculate per-page charges for their clients, by taking into account one or more components including toner, other supplies, equipment, service and profit margin.
