Arlington Launches Free Compatibles Customer Hotline
WAUKEGAN, Ill. — Arlington Industries launched a free hotline for its compatible customers.
Arlington, which carries one of the most extensive lines of compatibles in the industry, now offers its customers a compatible expert who is only a phone call away.
The toll-free hotline is available to all Arlington customers, and guarantees that a specialist in compatible laser toners will answer any questions or issues either immediately or within a very short period of time.
“Our customers are already giving our new hotline the thumbs up,” said Al Carroll, vice president of sales and marketing. “Customers feel more confident buying compatibles when they know that they have someone to turn to if they have questions. Sometimes a machine will throw out an error message if a compatible cartridge is used. Manufacturers do this to try to get customers to use OEM cartridges. Our specialists can assure the customers that this is normal, and they can talk them through what they need to do to bypass any roadblocks set up by the machine manufacturers. This is just another service we are happy to be able to provide our customers to help them understand that compatibles are a viable alternative which will help them increase their profit margins.”
