Image Star Launches Online ‘Quick Track’
MIDDLETOWN, Conn. — Image Star announced the addition of “Quick Track,” the newest function on Image Star’s Web site.
Quick Track allows customers to select a date and see delivery information for all orders placed that day. Customers will see the order number, freight carrier, tracking number, purchase order number, shipping address, and up-to-date delivery status for every package sent in a particular day. All details are displayed on one screen.
“The time-consuming task of retrieving delivery details for shipments is over for our customers,” said Kelly Munro, Image Star director of sales and marketing. “Quick Track is unique, and we are pleased to offer this function on our Web site. With our dedication to providing the best Web site possible, we are mindful of what information our customers need and would like to have at their disposal. Image Star’s Web site allows customers to log in and place orders, see their contract pricing, retrieve invoices, track shipments and view complete order history.
