InkCycle Adds Customer Care Manager
LENEXA, Kan. — InkCycle announced the promotion of Jody Kramer to the position of customer care manager.
Since joining the company as customer advocate in January, Kramer has made an impact on the customer care experience for InkCycle dealers. Her attention to detail and ability to dazzle both internal and external customers identified her as the perfect person to lead the Customer Care department.
Kramer’s background includes experience in the human resources department at YRC Worldwide Inc. and Sprint. She most recently handled sales operations as vice president of order management for Birch Telecom. Kramer is known for streamlining organizational structures, processes and procedures to implement greater efficiencies in business.
“Ms. Kramer has been a whirlwind of excitement and change in the Customer Care department. She has that unique gift of being able to apply her experience in other industries to the aftermarket,” said Brad Roderick, executive vice president. “With the implementation of her ideas and experience, we will truly deliver a world-famous customer experience to our dealers.”
