R-Jet Tek Announces New EZClean Cartridge Flushing Unit

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — R-Jet Tek announced the release of the EZ Clean. This unit flushes water into the cartridge removing ink and impurities from the cartridge sponges and print heads, greatly decreasing cartridge failure. It also hydrates and opens the cells that accommodate the ink.
The unit is designed for five cartridges with three needles each and from one to five cartridges can be flushed simultaneously. The needles are seated in the recently released R-Jet Tek Needle Alignment Guides to allow for easy insertion in the correct holes and to the correct depth so screens will not be pierced. The cartridges are accommodated between spring tensioned clips to keep them in place during the flush process. The water can come from a regular tap source. An optional water pump allows the user to draw water from any supply container of pure RO or DI water.
“Our customers wanted an affordable, sub-$1000 flushing unit, with high capacity,” said Dan Moher, director of sales. “This unit can flush around 1,500 cartridges in one eight- hour shift. It is made from stainless steel and medical-grade components to provide durability and long-lasting reliability.”
According to R-Jet Tek Director of Communications Vic Johnson, “R-Jet Tek has a long company-wide commitment to sharing our extensive knowledge about inkjet remanufacturing, believing it builds a better industry.”
