R-Jet Tek Releases New Needle Alignment Guides
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — R-Jet Tek has released an innovative plastic tool designed to hold a needle in the correct configuration for easy insertion into the cartridge and at the precise depth.
There are seven guides in a pack that are designed for the popular HP, Lexmark and Dell cartridges. According to Sales Manager Andy Martin, customers wanted a fast and easy way to get the ink fill needles into the correct holes and at the correct depth so the company’s engineering department designed a mold and now produces them at the Colorado Springs factory. Since the three needles are inserted together quickly and easily, the guides are enabling faster and more precise production. The needle guides include color-coded spacers to ensure the correct needle depth to prevent screen damage.
When asked about this novel new product, Vic Johnson, R-Jet Tek’s director of communications, said, “The needle alignment guides come as a set of seven guides and spacers for the most popular cartridges. Inserting fill needles to an improper depth will ruin a cartridge. Our needle guides take the guesswork out, making this step of the process quick and efficient. As a result, yields and production volume will be higher.”
