These cartridges have been completely inspected, cleaned of all OEM ink and prepped so that they are Ready-To-Fill.
Now customers can buy empties in a quantity that works for them (multiples of 10) or they can send Cartridges Are Us their empties. Cartridges Are Us not only completely inspects them electrically and visually but also cleans the empty cores to ensure all OEM ink is removed. This process prepares the empty cartridges for successful filling.
