ITP Acquires Takeback Ltd.
READING, England — International Technology Products Ltd., a global empty cartridge dealer, announced that it has acquired United Kingdom cartridge collector Takeback Ltd. of Thetford, Norfolk.
Takeback Ltd. (formerly R&R Supplies Ltd.) is a collector of empty cartridges from dealers and end users, originally founded by industry veteran Rex Jackson. Takeback is an addition to the ITP business and will help ITP support its customers with increasing demands for large volumes of quality empty cartridges.
ITP was founded in 1992 and has facilities in the U.K. and Germany. ITP holds one of the most extensive stocks of empty cartridges in the market.
