Future Graphics Initiates In-house Sales Training Sessions

LOS ANGELES — Future Graphics has initiated a program that ensures all North American sales representatives receive hands-on training at its corporate headquarters.

“We are releasing an increasing number of products of varying complexity that require more than just reading an internal release to become knowledgeable about them,” said Bryan Bonacum, vice president of sales. “We have sales offices all over North America, and it’s important to us that everybody who sells our product has hands-on experience of using our product, and the only way to ensure that is to provide a real-world environment.”

The training sessions last for three days and include time devoted to recently developed tools and fixtures, popular conversion hopper kits, familiarity with lab testing devices and equipment and culminate in the remanufacturing of cartridges for several popular engines.

“It was really an invaluable experience,” said Fernanda Correia, account executive, Miami. “It provides a greater, more intimate perspective that allows me to talk about our products with a greater level of confidence.”
