Parts Now! Offers Laser Printer Repair Training in California
MIDDLETON, Wis. — Parts Now!, one of the largest laser printer parts distributor in the country, introduced its first West Coast training sessions.
Starting September 24, Parts Now! will offer hands-on printer repair courses at its new West Coast facility in Hayward, Calif. The course selection represents the most popular ones in its curriculum, including HP CLJ 4600/4650 series and HP LJ 4200/4250/4300/4350 series.
“The goal of our new West Coast center is to better serve our expanding customer base along the Pacific Coast,” said Kevin Guy, vice president of sales and marketing. “For the first time, customers in the region may attend our hands-on repair courses at a location that is extremely convenient and cost-effective for them.”
Director of Training Steve Geishirt will be the instructor for the course. Geishirt is an industry expert who has taught hundreds of technicians each year for the past two decades. Technicians can increase revenue by adding more printer models to their service capabilities. The courses are designed to find solutions faster in order to reduce printer downtime and keep businesses printing.
