R-Jet Tek Releases New EasyFill
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — R-Jet Tek has released the EasyFill cartridge filling machine.
The concept and design of the EasyFill was based on the company’s earlier Eco-Jet but has been re-engineered to be more user-friendly, with a more powerful vacuum pump, precision molded vacuum cabinet and four stainless steel ink selector valves attach syringe.
The target market for the EasyFill is not only remanufacturers but also paper companies, label companies, test and measurement labs, ink manufacturers and any organization that must fill inkjet cartridges in their R&D labs for testing with their products. It is also for remanufacturers operating storefront or mall kiosk environments where counter space is limited, low noise is essential and where maximum quality is a required standard. R-Jet Tek believes it will be a unit for many larger remanufacturers who fill a specific small line for niche cartridges.
This unit utilizes standard syringes connecting to proprietary stainless steel two-way valves which connect between the ink supply container and the vacuum cabinet with inert hoses. The switches utilize a built-in lever to change between fill and empty. A separate lever is used to extend the syringe plunger(s), making loading with ink very easy — the dose repeatable and exact. In a more manual operation the syringes can easily be removed from the valve and filled directly from a supply container, then reattached so the ink flows through the chamber into the cartridges where they are filled under vacuum conditions.
The EasyFill is now combined with the EasyClean, CentraSpin and other tools to make up what is perhaps the most professional, yet affordable, package available in the industry.
“With the EasyFill we extend our equipment line for all production level requirements and environments, using semi to fully automatic fill, all under a vacuum environment,” said Ricardo Gomez, vice president of international sales. “The EasyFill will also serve as a valuable resource for larger companies needing to fill specialty cartridges in lab environments, avoiding the need to change production line set-ups. Our customers asked for a precision low-cost machine and this is it. We aim to fill the requirements of our customers.”
