Bradshaw Announces Telephone Technical Support

RICHARDSON, Texas — Bradshaw, a distributor of replacement parts for distributed and networked printers, announced free technical support assistance to its parts customers who need technical service solutions.

“When a field technician runs into an issue, they need the ability to speak directly with someone who can help solve their problem on the spot. Daniel De La Cruz, technical support engineer for Bradshaw, will be heading up this service. De La Cruz has more than seven years of hands-on experience repairing and trouble-shooting laser printers and dozens of HP and Lexmark printer certifications.
