Imaging Resources Hires Kessler to Head New Buy Back Program
CHATSWORTH, Calif. — Imaging Resources, a supplier of high-quality components to the remanufacturing industry, announced that Linda Kessler has been hired to implement a new program for purchasing empty laser cores.
Kessler, a long-time resident of Los Angeles, has an extensive background in the legal field and comes to Imaging Resources with previous experience in running buy back programs at Core Recovery Corp.
“With a great number of companies available to buy empty cartridges, I learned the value of providing exceptional customer service,” Kessler said. “If there is not a personal connect between the buyer and seller, there is no incentive for loyalty. For example, it’s not enough to make promises, you have to be committed to follow through and provide timely shipping, inspection and payment for product. Otherwise you have no reason to expect customer loyalty.”
As part of the Buy Back Program, Imaging Resources promises an expedited settlement on all purchases, competitive pricing and prompt payment to suppliers after empties are received and inspected.
