Elfotec Announces Management Restructure in Europe Operations

MONCHALTORF, Switzerland — Elfotec, Europe’s leading manufacturer of compatible toners for the office copier/printer aftermarket has announced a reorganization of its management structure and operations.
Currently operating from two facilities in Monchaltorf, Switzerland and Annacotty, Ireland, Elfotec was founded in 1976 as a private company.

In November 1998 the company was acquired by the Huber Group and merged with its Irish operations to produce both OEM and compatible toners. In December 2006 the company was acquired by Bavaria Industrial Kapital, which has been strategically looking at the company’s operations over the past number of months.

Now BIK have decided to move all of its logistic, operating, manufacturing, filling research and development to its location in Ireland. The current manufacturing facility and R&D functions located in Switzerland will transfer to Ireland over the next number of months.

The group have also announced that Lawrence B. Haleski is the new company CEO. Haleski has many years of experience in the toner industry. He will be supported by an experienced team of Louis Keegan, managing director Irish operations, Sales Director Roberta Nix and Sales Manager Sheila Doherty, with a new research and development team and skilled employees responsible for the management and development of the Elfotec Group and maintaining its top position in the marketplace.
