Faroudja Toner Releases Okidata C 5500/5800 Smartchips
SAN CARLOS, Calif. — Faroudja Toner now carries smartchips for the Okidata C 5500 and 5800.
“Many of our customers have been inquiring about this chip for months, as none existed,” said Marketing Director Timothy Farrell. “This chip is hard to find and works very well, and Faroudja has become an industry leader in chip development.”
The chips are sold individually or in multiple quantities for all four colors, and work for the Okidata C 5500 and C 5800.
“In the past we were able to produce chips such as the Minolta 2400 and 2500 very soon after the cartridges came out, but this one for Oki took a bit longer,” Farrell said. “Nonetheles we have become very good with our chip development, so if there’s an unusual one you are looking for, we may have it already or we can develop it.”
Faroudja Toner, a leading manufacturer of toner and recycling parts, also carries a complete range of black and color smartchips from HP to Minolta to Xerox.
