International Laser Group Expands Customer Service Department

WOODLAND HILLS, Calif. — International Laser Group added two customer service specialists to its growing department.

“At ILG, we pride ourselves on our level of customer service,” said Joe Shulman, vice president of operations. “We vow that our phones will be answered by a live person who is pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable and willing to help.”

The ILG CSS department now encompasses more than 30 years of industry experience and is available from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST.

“Our knowledgeable staff is available to track orders, provide Tier 1 technical support and provide real- time inventory information,” Shulman said.
