R-Jet Tek Upgrades EasyClean by Installing New Splashguard
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — R-Jet Tek has created a splashguard for the EasyClean cartridge flush system.
The EasyClean unit flushes water through cartridges, removing ink and impurities from the sponges and print heads, which greatly decreases cartridge failure. This process cures cross-contaminated cartridges as well as rejuvenates dried out sponges.
The new splashguard enhancement keeps all the ink and water contained in the machine, keeping the surrounding work area clean and dry. Less clean up time means more production time. Made of durable Lexan, the new splashguard rests inside the stainless steel frame of the EasyClean and easily moves up and down for cartridge changeover.
“We took an already excellent product in the EasyClean and made it better,” said R-Jet Tek process support/R&D specialist John Fields. “The new splashguard upgrade allows the unit to be used in smaller areas, with less cleanup time.”
