Depot America Upgrades E-Commerce Site
FARMINGDALE, N.J. — Depot America, an industry leader in the remanufacture and resale of quality printer parts, announced the latest upgrade to its Web site’s e-commerce functionality.
Depot-america.com allows registered customers an easier way to purchase printer parts online and includes real-time inventory levels, pricing and product images. Customers won’t need a key or legend to understand what service level they are purchasing as all part information is provided on one screen.
“Depot America has always offered customers an online ordering option. However, we have now successfully taken it to a new level. The site is dynamic, complete and simple to navigate; it will easily prove to be the best resource in the industry,” said John Tiano, Depot America executive vice president.
Technical articles and resources are still available at Depot America’s Web site as well as their industry-popular reference tools, which include the online fuser chart for at-a-glance fuser identification, easy error code diagnosis and maintenance kit information.
“We are constantly working to make doing business easier and more convenient. Our newest online ordering option is just one more way to providing our customers with a total print solution,” said Ed Schuber, director of sales.
