R-Jet Tek Promotes Andy Martin to Director of Domestic Sales
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — R-Jet Tek Vice President of International Sales Ricardo Gomez announced the appointment of Andy Martin to fill the new position of director of domestic sales for the company.
Martin’s territory will include the U.S. and Canada. He will be domiciled at the company headquarters in Colorado Springs where he will lead and direct the sales and customer service team of employees at the company. Additionally, Martin will be responsible for expanding sales into new market niches.
Martin is a graduate of Arkansas State University in Jonesboro with a degree in business management. He worked previously in newspaper advertising sales and marketing and direct market sales management in the photo industry. Since his hiring at R-Jet Tek in January 2007, Martin has apprenticed by learning inkjet cartridge remanufacturing and the use of the company’s equipment. He has participated in the OCP Distributors World Conference in Essen, Germany, and spent time in their factory in Lage, Germany, learning what makes OCP inks the finest quality with the best batch-to-batch consistency in the industry. Martin represented R-Jet Tek and supported the efforts of its international partner, PROMAX IMAGING, at REMAX in Düsseldorf, Germany.
Martin also played a major role educating customers and conducting product demonstrations at Recharger’s World Expo 2007 in Las Vegas. He has an excellent knowledge of what it takes to remanufacture cartridges successfully and profitably and to pass that knowledge along.
