Densigraphix Marks 30 Years, Introduces New Management Team

MONTREAL — Densigraphix introduced its new management team leading into 2008.
“Densigraphix is coming up on its 30th anniversary next year. We have had remarkable growth since our humble beginnings, but there is room for much more,” said Camille Cotran, president and CEO. “The copier and laser market is volatile and we, as a modern company, must adapt to keep up with the ever-changing landscape of the imaging industry. Last year, I felt it would be important for Densigraphix to be run not only by me, but also by a board of directors including key people from the various departments whose goal would be to ensure the continued success of Densigraphix by making decisions with respect to our company’s philosophies, vision and direction.”
The Densigraphix Group Board of Directors was founded and consists of Camille Cotran as chairman, Sam Bahous, Daimin Bodnar, Tanya Cotran and Robert Cotran.
“These exciting announcements will help position ourselves as market leaders for 2008 and onwards,” said Camille Cotran.
Bahous, who, with Cotran, started Densigraphix in 1979, has been promoted to senior vice president.
Bodnar has been promoted to executive vice president of operations and will manage the heads of the key departments at Densigraphix: sales, finance, marketing, operations and information technology.
During the two years he has worked for Densigraphix, Bodnar has streamlined and optimized procedures such as purchasing, inter-company transfers, and finished goods production to a point which will enable the company to ramp up its output quickly and easily.
Tanya Cotran, after working for Densigraphix on and off since 1990, has been recently promoted to
vice president finance.
Robert Cotran, after working for Densigraphix on and off since 1986, has been promoted to vice president technology.
“A company is only as strong as the people who work for it. In putting these key people in these important positions, we are ensuring our growth and our success well into the future,” said Camille Cotran.
