Parts Now! Names Hagan CEO

MIDDLETON, Wis. — Parts Now!, one of the largest distributors of laser printer parts in North America, announced the appointment of Bruce Hagan as CEO. A business-to-business industry veteran, Hagan has held senior positions at several large companies and was instrumental in their successes.

Most recently, he served as president and CEO of Conney Safety Products in Madison. Under his leadership, Hagan drove profitability across all levels of the organization through a well-defined strategic plan. Prior to that, Hagan spent a decade at W.W. Grainger, which is North America's largest industrial distributor. There he served as director of supply chain performance and product category director, working with Grainger's largest suppliers to drive supply chain process improvements across the $5.9 billion company.

“We are delighted to have Bruce at the helm. His career background coupled with his strong leadership and interpersonal skills will enable Parts Now! to accelerate its enviable growth record,” said Parts Now! advisory board member Andrew Albert.

“My goal is to build upon Parts Now!'s solid industry leadership position, successful track record and its 17 consecutive years of growth,” said Hagan. “I look forward to applying my knowledge of world-class distribution, logistics and customer service to provide an even better customer experience at Parts Now!”

Hagan has achieved six Sigma champion certification. He earned his MBA from Case Western Reserve University with a concentration in inventory and production management. He earned two bachelor’s degrees from Drake University, one in inventory and production management and another in earth sciences. Hagan is currently a member of The Executive Committee (TEC).
