R-Jet Tek Releases New Press-In Screen

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — R-Jet Tek, a leader in inkjet technology, released a new press-in screen for the Lexmark 18L0032 (No. 82) and Lexmark 18C0032/34 (No. 32, 34) cartridges.
Due to the build up of black pigments under the screen in these cartridges, specific cleaning procedures are required. Removing and replacing the screens allows the pigment build-up to be removed. Proper cleaning and screen replacement is a must to achieve optimum results when processing this type of cartridge. Using the new Lexmark No. 82, 32, 34 press-in screen will speed up this process considerably.
A major advantage of the new Lexmark No. 82, 32, 34 press-in screen is that it no longer requires removing the baffles in the ink channel. Removing the baffles can cause damage to the cartridge, making it unusable. The new press-in fits with the baffles in place, eliminating the risk of damaging the cartridge.
The new Lexmark No. 82, 32, 34 press-in screen is made of durable plastic housing, and comes with the screen attached. It is pressed in place, by hand, using a special application tool. The screens and the tool are available at R-Jet Tek.
Using the press-in screen is a quick and easy solution for processing low volumes of the No. 82, 32, 34 cartridges. When larger volumes of black Lexmark/Dell cartridges are in view, R-Jet Tek recommends screen welders for screen replacement. The screen welder is an iron that welds the screen in place.
This was originally done by the OEM. R-Jet Tek has developed screen welders for the various Lexmark/Dell cartridges that require screen replacement.
R-Jet Tek designs and manufactures high-reliability engineered inkjet refilling machines. The company offers a complete line of supplies for the refilling process and is the exclusive North American distributor of OCP inks from Germany. R-Jet Tek is an international company doing business in more than 100 countries worldwide.
