ZBC Expands Into Business Matchmaking
NEW YORK — Zimmerman Business Consulting Inc., a strategic marketing firm that has been consulting in the remanufacturing and imaging supplies industry since 1996, is expanding its services into business matchmaking between cartridge remanufacturers and resellers who desire to merge or sell their businesses, and buyers seeking to purchase these types of businesses. ZBC will serve as an intermediary industry specialist consultancy to create the environment by which both buyer and seller can conduct business harmoniously and in confidence.
“As the remanufacturing industry continues to consolidate and mature there is an increasing desire by toner cartridge remanufacturing companies and resellers to merge, while others seek to profitably leave the industry all together.
