Oasis Imaging Introduces HP 2600 Color Drum With Retractable Gear
NASHUA, N.H. — Oasis Imaging Products introduced the OptiPrint HP 2600 OPC Drum with a retractable gear. This drum is the latest in the line of products released by Oasis for the HP Color Laser cartridges that have been growing in popularity and have been increasing in demand in the printer market.
One of the more popular and successful of the HP Color Laser printers has been the HP 2600 series of printers and multifunction devices (1600/2605/CM1015 and 1017mfp). These machines have grown to constitute a significant percentage of the color market. One of the challenges in remanufacturing the cartridges has been the OPC drum, at least until now. Oasis now has the 26DR3950 drum with a spring-loaded retractable gear. The OptiPrint HP 2600 drum needs only to have the hub compressed and the drum slides right into the cartridge.
Oasis has released a complete line of products for the HP 2600 as well as many other color laser printers.
