PTi Promotes Customer Service Representatives Cruz, Palomares

PTi facesCHATSWORTH, Calif. — Printing Technology Inc. has promoted Claudia Cruz to customer service manager and Daniel Palomares to technical support Lead.

“PTi has experienced impressive growth since our inception 18 years ago,” said PTi Vice President Domestic Sales Julian DeSalay. “Just as the current economic business climate challenges the compatibles industry, we continue to develop our world-class operations to enable us to offer the best products with the service and after sales support today’s dealer requires.”

Cruz will oversee PTi’s customer service team, implementing many of her unique procedures to streamline the ordering process.

“Claudia Cruz has been with PTi for three-and-a-half years and has a solid track record of going beyond the call of duty to ensure our customer orders are properly processed,” DeSalay said.

Daniel Palomares moves into a new position at PTi, providing technical support to our dealers at the consumer level.

“This allows PTi to not only receive direct feedback on our cartridges performance from end users but also gives our dealers a chance to retain customers who otherwise may have given up on compatible cartridges thinking the cartridge was at fault when with further expert analysis was a machine error,” DeSalay said. “Many times with a quick and simple fix to get the customer up and printing again. This latest initiative has already proven worthy to be the difference from an angry customer and a happy one ready to make another purchase.”
