Sustainability Conference to Focus on ‘Green Media’
SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. — The SIT Testing Program will launch on Jan. 22, 2009 at the second annual sustainability conference — “The Business of Green Media” — at California Polytechnic State University.
This is a major one-day and evening intense international sustainability conference, bringing attendees up-to-date on issues, processes, legislation, requirements and procedures regarding sustainability. Initial steps are underway in establishing standards for OEM and remanufactured inkjet ink and toner.
The inkjet and toner industries are major players in addressing issues of recycling, landfills, global warming, carbon footprints and chemical reduction.
