Delacamp AG Names Carter Technical Support Manager
HAMBURG, Germany — Delacamp AG has appointed Richard Carter to the post of technical support manager.
With a master’s degree in business administration, Carter was employed for 17 years by a major supplier of inkjet and laser coding machines, where he gained considerable experience in customer technical support and quality systems. More recently, Carter has been employed by one of the world’s largest laser cartridge remanufacturing companies as development manager.
During more than six years in this role, Carter was responsible for the testing and selection of components and remanufacturing processes for laser cartridges, with particular responsibility for color products.
Carter is based at Delacamp UK, and his primary responsibility will be the support of the major account business and will assist in all aspects of new product development and technical support of all Delacamp customers.
