INK & TONER USA Offers Toner Business Training
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Since 2006, INK & TONER USA has offered the “Un-Franchise” — a comprehensive training, support, and licensing program for entrepreneurs interested in starting an ink and toner business. In addition to its complete program, the company now offers customized training designed to meet the specific requirements of its clients.
“Since we launched our training program, we’ve helped clients from Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Texas, Pennsylvania, New York, Michigan, Indiana, and California,” said Bob Bloom, vice president and COO. “Some of our clients have opened stores under the INK & TONER USA brand and others under their own brand. Some are operating retail stores; others are running home-based businesses or working from warehouses. Some are targeting both businesses and consumers; others strictly businesses.”
“As we’ve worked with our current clients and through conversations with many prospective ones, we have come to realize that a ‘one-size fits all’ training program does not meet everyone’s requirements. Therefore, we now offer customized training to meet the needs, goals, and budgets of each of our clients. As an example, for clients who have great familiarity with QuickBooks, we will delete that component of our training — saving them both training time and cost.”
“Our training program was developed in a very modular fashion right from the beginning, making it natural to be able to offer a customized program,” said Jane Bloom, president and CEO. “So while our complete program contains business planning, cartridge and machine training, ink refilling, QuickBooks education, supplier selection, and many more modules, we can offer as few or as many modules as our clients need to enable them to launch and grow their business. And whether they utilize our full program or just one module, our outstanding support program is always available.”
