Track Engineers Launches New Toner Cleaning Machine
MUMBAI, India — Eyeing the serious health hazards associated with the spread of microparticles of toner powder during the refilling or remanufacturing of toner cartridges, Track Engineers has developed an affordable and preventive solution in the form of a new toner cleaning machine.
The 1.6-hp machine is built with cyclone technology for better efficiency. It comes with a 0.5-micron filter and 5-kg collection capacity. Volume, speed and power configurations are 94 cfm, 20,000–25,000 rpm and 230 volt/50 hz or 110 volt/50 hz respectively. Ease of operation and power saving are achieved through a foot-pedal switch. An easy-to-clean filter and disposable waste collection bag make it easy to maintain.
