Easy Group Acquires Customers, Two Web Domains
IRWINDALE, Calif. — Easy Group LLC has acquired the customers and Web domains for www.corporatetoners.com and www.ask4ink.com in a deal that gives Easy Group an even larger share of the e-commerce market.
“The Ask4Ink and CorporateToners domains have a significant and long-standing history in the e-commerce ink and toner market, and we are excited to push the brands forward,” Easy Group President Dr. Dimitris Constantinou said. “The deal expands Easy Group’s reach and exposure to a now significantly larger customer reach.”
Easy Group integrated the new Web sites using its proprietary e-commerce technology platform, EGAP.
CorporateToners.com and Ask4Ink.com were Netsuite success stories of 2005 and have been featured in the Wall Street Journal, CPA Technology Adviser, and Inc. Magazine.
Easy Group LLC is also the founding company of the 123 Refills brand, which has both an online presence and a retail store concept with more than 27 locations worldwide.
