FMAudit, Kyocera Mita America Team on Print Management
JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. — Kyocera Mita America Inc., one of the world's leading document solutions companies, and FMAudit, a premier provider for print assessment and remote monitoring software solutions, have announced an alliance to provide Kyocera Mita authorized dealers the opportunity to purchase FMAudit print management software solutions. It allows dealers to accurately track and monitor customer fleets remotely and unobtrusively. This alliance with FMAudit gives Kyocera Mita dealers the key visibility necessary for proactive replenishment of consumables, fleet optimization opportunities and accurate peripheral usage information for preventive maintenance servicing, along with other services.
While evaluating vendors to partner with for print assessment and remote monitoring offerings, Kyocera recognized the innovative technology of FMAudit software solutions, and their value in enhancing dealer’s sales opportunities and ongoing device management capabilities. This agreement is one of Kyocera’s initiatives to promote and enable their dealers to launch successful managed print services via their FASTtrack program.
