INK & TONER USA Program Goes Coast-to-Coast
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — The first California affiliate of INK & TONER USA’s “un-franchisee” program recently opened a store in Morro Bay.
Bay Ink and Toner is a family-owned and operated business, with three generations working side-by-side – Nancy and Dan Guthrie, Nancy’s mother, Evelyn Ford, and Nancy’s son, Brett. All four family members traveled to West Palm Beach, Fla. for training and returned ready to open a store.
“The INK & TONER USA training and support program was just what we needed,” said Nancy Guthrie. “We wanted to operate our business under our own brand, and the ‘un-franchisee’ program allowed us to do this. But we knew that we needed comprehensive training and ongoing support. With INK & TONER USA’s program, we have been able to open our store with a minimal total investment, and we are ready to serve our customers.”
