Oasis Shows Sealing Process for 64A/X Cartridge
NASHUA, N.H. — Oasis Imaging Products Inc. has posted detailed instructions for the proper sealing of the HP P4014/4015/4515 laserjet cartridge (CC364A/X) on the Oasis Web site. These instructions illustrate the ease of splitting and resealing this cartridge and will provide a consistently secure product to customers.
The replacement components consist of the P4515 foam seal (number P5SL10), the pull tab (number P5CP13), the top metal clip (number P5HC10) and the bottom metal clip (number P5HC11). In the sealing process there would be one seal and one pull tab used as well as three top clips and six bottom clips per assembly.
The foam seal was engineered to provide a secure seal that enables an end user to easily pull without creating any seepage of toner. The clips were specifically designed to fit the contours of the P4014/4015/4515 cartridge, creating a tight leak-free solution.
