West Point Products Canada Wins Vendor Award
VALLEY GROVE, W. Va. and GANANOQUE, Ontario — West Point Products Canada, a leading provider of imaging supplies and managed print services solutions, was recently presented with an award from one of its valued partners, Lyreco Office Products.
Lyreco held a Vendor Performance Award Ceremony in Toronto, Ontario to honor suppliers for their business efforts in 2008. Selected from more than 20 vendors in the category of Electronic Office Suppliers, West Point Products Canada was presented with the award for Best Vendor.
Grading criteria for the award highlighted areas such as service levels, lead-time, quantity accuracy rate, and invoicing accuracy rate. “We were up against some very serious competition,” said Aldo Spensieri, vice president of sales for West Point Products Canada. “To come out victorious is extremely rewarding and it further fuels our fire to keep this trend going with Lyreco and our many other valued partners.”
West Point Products Canada was also recognized from more than 200 vendors and was awarded third place overall for vendor with Best Marketing.
