OCP GmbH Introduces New Optimized Inks
HATTINGEN, Germany — Within the industry, there are many filling methods. Using hand filling, semi-automatic or fully-automated in conjunction with wet or dry foams has in the past led to the inability to fill cartridges to the OEM gross weight or having to compromise with print quality and success yields.
OCP GmbH has once again been the first to identify these issues and OCP GmbH chemists have developed different sets of inks using pioneering technology to ensure that an ink can work perfectly across a wide production process spectrum.
During extensive trials, OCP GmbH has confirmed that by using the optimized inks the refiller/remanufacturer can achieve up to 30 percent increase in success. In many cases, optimized inks can easily deliver the OEM fill quantity and in some cases, exceed the OEM fill to give further end-user value. OCP GmbH invites the industry to order free samples.
