SoyPrint Enters Canadian Market
YARMOUTH, Maine -- SoyPrint bio-toner cartridges have arrived in Canada. Print Recovery Concepts announced its Canadian plans as it prepares to begin using its new high-bio content generation of toner this fall. Rick Greenlaw, Vice President of Print Recovery commended the Canadian market for leading in the green printing field. "Canada, Australia and Europe are moving forward very quickly in the “greening” of printing, Greenlaw said.
Greenlaw explained SoyPrint begins August with a network of dealers from the Maritimes to British Columbia. He reported that while many dealers are in place he is still seeking dealers in specific remaining regions.
SoyPrint is a bio-based alternative to brand name laser cartridges. Greenlaw said the 30 model line will double by Christmas and that the forthcoming next toner generation will contain the highest bio content of any toner available for laser toner cartridges.
Greenlaw stated the next generation of cartridges will be made in North America, from North American soybeans. He said SoyPrint has been received with great excitement in Europe.
