Zygoquest Group Advises on Machabee Business Equipment Sale
PHILADELPHIA — Mike Dudek and Zygoquest Group served as the advisor on the sale of Machabee Business Equipment (MBE).
MBE, formerly owned and operated by Gary Machabee, is an authorized full-line Sharp and Copystar digital copier dealer located in Reno, the largest city in northern Nevada. MBE was founded in 1990 as a Xerox sales agency and transitioned in 1995 to become a full-line Sharp dealer. Gary Machabee continues to own and operate Machabee Office Environments, a furniture dealer conducting business in Reno and Las Vegas.
Mike Dudek, an attorney and CPA, is the founder and owner of Zygoquest. Zygoquest provides customized merger and acquisition services and valuation and due diligence services to buyers and sellers of companies.
Dudek and Rich Wisniewski are authors of more than 400 consummated merger and acquisitions transactions during their careers. Prior to founding Zygoquest, Dudek was vice president of acquisitions for IKON Office Solutions, a $5.5 billion NYSE company acquired by Ricoh Corporation.
