Laser Concepts Welcomes Tom Nielsen
Laser Concepts, Inc. welcomes Tom Nielsen, formerly owner of Zippy Service, as a new member of the team. Nielsen will be intimately involved in the service side of the company. He brings with him the experience and knowledge gained through the help of his customers, vendors and co-workers. Nielsen has been involved in all aspects of the printer service business with more than 30 years experience.
As part of his responsibilities with Laser Concepts, Nielsen will continue to service printers, fax and MFPs. As always, his emphasis is focused on customer service. Nielsen’s new responsibilities will be as a service representative for Laser Concepts and include the retail market place in the Denver metropolitan area. “Providing office supplies and toner for copiers, fax machines and printers will be a great advantage to the former Zippy customers,” Nielsen said.
“We were very lucky to find such a talented and enthusiastic person to complement our service team,” said Rich Yosha, president of Laser Concepts. We are especially pleased that he brings so much experience from the service industry.
Nielsen launched his career as a service technician in 1978. He has remained in Colorado, but has established valued friendships with customers and vendors the world over. Having started his career at IBM, he then owned and operated Zippy Service for the last 8 and a half years. Finding his niche servicing almost any equipment, Nielsen has been able to meet and consistently exceed customer’s and vendor’s expectations in this dynamic and constantly evolving industry.
