The iWF App provides technicians with service agility through real-time access to business-critical service information in both connected and disconnected modes. Using the iWF App, technicians can access equipment service history, volume information and toner levels. Integrated GPS tracking capability enables technicians to handle critical service calls with ease by locating the nearest required resource in real-time and displaying customer and resource locations in relation to open service calls. iWF quickly and accurately captures equipment serial numbers and part numbers by means of camera barcode scanning optimized for minimal energy consumption. The iWF App requires iOS 5 or later and MWAi Intelligent Service OMD version 4.3.
