Ricoh Announces Solutions Partner Program
WEST CALDWELL, N.J. – Ricoh Americas Corporation announced the new Ricoh Solutions Partner Program to help Ricoh customers more effectively manage their business information.
The Ricoh Solutions Partner Program is carefully architected to help Ricoh customers of any size in any industry reduce costs, eliminate waste and streamline business processes. Solutions address every phase of customers' information flow: from the input of information into enterprise systems, its processing within those systems, and its output to the right people in the right form at the right time for maximum business results.

The business information solutions Ricoh offers through the Ricoh Solutions Partner Program also leverage the intelligent multifunction products (MFP) platform the company recently introduced, designed to seamlessly interface with the web, cloud services and a wide range of applications that help solve customer business problems.
Ricoh Solutions Partner Program partners fall into three categories: Premier, Specialty and Development. Premier Partners Solutions address broad-based business needs, Specialty Partner Solutions are high-end solutions that typically have a vertical industry focus (e.g., legal, healthcare or government), and Development Partner Solutions are certified through the Ricoh Development Program (RiDP).
