Densigraphix Expands Sales Operation to Germany
MONTREAL — The Densigraphix Group has signed a letter of intent to acquire New Tekk Supplies of Düsseldorf, Germany.
Oliver Kremser will run the operation from Düsseldorf and will work closely with Sami Touma in the Export Department.
“We have made many strategic decisions recently designed at strengthening the Densigraphix name and ensuring growth for the company and its employees well into the future,” said Daimin Bodnar, executive vice president of operations.
“This acquisition is a step in the right direction to penetrate the global market and distribute Densigraphix product throughout Europe,” said Camille Cotran, president and CEO.
