These remanufacturing instructions for the LaserJet P3015 series cartridges include a section on cartridge theory. You don't have to know the theory to remanufacture these cartridges, but it sure helps if you have a problem.

The Xerox WorkCentre 4150 cartridges are extremely easy cartridges to do, since all the normal wear parts like the PCR, developer roller, etc. are in the drum unit. These cartridges are just a supply hopper with a waste chamber.

The CP 2025 series of color laser printers are based on a 21ppm black and color, 600 dpi engine. (3,600 dpi with RET). The 2025 cartridges are an all in one type cartridge that consists of the toner supply, drum, and waste chamber.
With print speeds of 21 ppm and a list price starting at $299, the Brother HL-4040 printer is becoming very popular. Its engine is based on a new 21-ppm black and color, 2,400-by-600 dpi color laser engine an come standard with 64 MB expandable to 576 MB of memory.
First released in January 2008, the Samsung SCX-4725 multifunction printers are based on a 24ppm, 1200 by 1200 dpi engine. Depending on the model, the machines are an MFP that can print, copy, scan and fax.
